New Parents Need Help After NICU Stay
Donation protected
This is not easy for me.
As a new father living in Los Angeles, this journey has not been easy. Over the past 5 years, I was making positive headway in the industry, which has imploded when I needed income the most. My last employer actually let me go the day we found out we were pregnant. Now I’m facing eviction and crippling debt, so I’m turning to the last place I thought I’d ever look; you.
My savings and resources have been depleted during this year’s financial and economic crisis due to inflation and a lack of solid capital gain within the markets that matter most. While I’ve been caring for a newborn baby who was in the NICU for 17 days, my wife’s and baby’s health were dependent on getting the delivery sped up. Finding work in between and looking after her has not been easy. I am coming to you as an out-of-work parent and a desperate husband but determined to find solutions.
I’m asking for just enough to get us through to the end of January and help with some of the debt we’ve accumulated over the year.
Thank you for reading and your support.
Much love and here’s to a prosperous New Year.
