New or repairs to porch needed

This is pretty much my last resort here, I think. I really hate asking for help, but I don't really see anyway out of this.

So, our basic porch that was flung together when we bought the house 18 years ago is nearing it's end. It's gotten kinda wobbly and warped in random places, and now, the landlord is demanding it be fixed or replaced. It was going to get done with tax returns earlier this year, but, thanks Texas, we got barely a fraction of what we were hoping to get. So, with mass medical bills and others keeping us at bay.... we need help. Even if its just sharing to get the word out so we can get this fixed so we aren't evicted and for our own safety. I'm just guessing at the cost of one, so, hopefully what we are able to bring in from this helps cover the costs.
