New, more accessible clothing

Hi there,
For those that know, they know that I have a progressive muscle disease called muscular dystrophy. Unfortunately, the disease is progressing even more and I’m still only able to rely on disability and the little bit that I work at my part-time job.
The problem that I’m facing now is that as I’m progressing, it’s becoming more difficult to lose weight because I can’t move as much as I used to. I’m progressing to the point where I’m almost always in my wheelchair now. This is the most I’ve ever weighed, and now all of my clothes are tight and it’s a struggle just to get dressed. I’ve fallen quite a few times from trying to put on and take off my pants because they’re too tight. These falls are getting worse and happen more often, which makes it more difficult to function after.
I just really need some new clothes and haven’t been able to buy anything for a few years now. I hate asking for help, but I’m struggling just to eat because I don’t qualify for food stamps and all of my income goes to food and bills. Soooo here I am, asking for just a little bit of help to get some new clothes that actually fit me.
