New mom with massive blood clot needs your help

Hello Friends, wanted to share with you all what has happened to my niece this week. The picture is my niece Lexi, her husband, Kris and their five week old baby, Stella Ella Mae. Lexi sings and travels with The Dodrill Family, (my sister Yvonne and Luke) they sing gospel music at churches and camps throughout the United States.

This week Lexi traveled with them to Tennessee to sing at the Creekside Gospel Music Convention in Pigeon Forge, TN. After arriving, Lexi started not feeling well. She felt so bad that eventually went to the ER, where they immediately found a massive blood clot that goes from her pelvis to her calf. After additional testing they found she has an enlarged heart too. Needless to say her situation is dire and we are unsure of her prognosis going forward. She has been transported to Fort Sanders Regional Hospital, in Knoxville, TN, where they can better meet her needs. My sister and brother-in-law are with her, along with the new baby and Kris, Lexi’s husband. We are trying to raise at least $2500 to help them with their immediate and urgent needs. Any amount would help and be much appreciated. They are incurring enormous medical and travel expense so anything that you could give would be great.
