New Market Tent for Wyrd Armouries
Wyrd Armouries needs a new (bigger, better) store tent! 2016 was a great year of shows, but a terrible year for weather. We lost three tents to bad weather! They bent, they twisted, they fell apart.

So, the time has come for a new, upgraded tent and we need your help! Donate below to help us upgrade to a new bigger, better, more medieval, more amazing, more windproof tent!
Who Are We: Wyrd Armouries came about in 2015 as the joint name for collaborative works between Cynthia Abernathy and Nathaniel Wilson. We started working shows together in early 2014, but had each had been out there being creative for years before that. Between the two of us, we have over 25 years of various experience making and selling unique handcrafted goods. If you can dream it, chances are one of us can make it!

Cynthia Abernathy is a costumer and leather worker, and also makes jewelry made from old books and game pieces. Nathaniel Wilson is a blacksmith, as well as creator of prop weapons and other oddities.
With enough random skills for a medieval village, together we create unique work to adorn and amuse. You can find us at media conventions, renaissance faires, pagan festivals and craft shows along the east coast.
What We Want To Do: 2017 will be our third year seriously doing renaissance faires and other outdoor festivals. We have reached the point in our business where we need a tent that has been purpose built to fit in at period themed events, and is more durable than what we had before. Plus, we are getting a bigger tent so we can better show more of our bigger and unique handmade piece.
An ideal tent for our needs will cost us about $1700. It can even be customized to our signature red! We need to order it by the end of January to have it in time for our Spring shows.
Any funds raised above our goal will go to new signs, tables and displays to fully outfit our new tent.
