New legs for Kayleigh

Hi, my name is Yvonne and I am trying to raise funds for my daughter Kayleigh. Forgive me because I have never done this before. Last year on the 22nd August 2023 I took Kayleigh into hospital with a temperature, because she was being fed by a Hickman line thankfully she was taken straight through, long story short she had Sepsis which quickly developed into Septic shock. Kayleigh was put into an induced coma where she remained for 11 days, on day 2 I was told that she would probably not survive, but she did, she was left with life changing conditions, she only has one thumb left the rest of her digits were all amputated, she also lost both her legs below the knee. Because of various reasons the NHS are unable to help and I have taken the decision to go private to Dorset Orthotics, they have been brilliant but the cost is massive and will take a number of years to get Kayleigh back to some sort of independence. I plan on doing a you tube video, crickey something I thought would never come out of my mouth, but will give the back story of Kayleigh’s life.
