New Leaves and PT

Hi, Sara Deason here. I am suffering from chronic kidney disease and liver function issues. I have been hospitalized and bed ridden for over two weeks. Unbeknownst to us, when my husband’s financial partner left the company, she discontinued the company’s medical insurance and we lapsed in November. This has taken a major toll in getting the PT I will need to be transferred to in Georgia where I will be moving to Sunday. Part of the costs I am seeking are gas, rental trucks, and catching up on medical bills. I will have to learn how to walk again and take care of three young children as I turn over a new leaf in my life. Anything will help.
