New kidney for Manuel

Manuel is in need of funds for an upcoming operation. He has been having health issues that have caused him to lose his vision, leaving him unable to work. As the main source of income for his family with 5 kids, this has made it harder to sustain him and his family. Manuel has been left without an income and in need of financial support.
