New hope in a new home in a small Ukrainian town
Donation protected
Last year, thanks to the generosity of so many of you, we managed to raise $2,388 USD and repair Russian missile damage to the 1st school I first taught at in Ukraine 2010 in the tiny village of Staryi Bilous.
This year, I’m reaching out again, but on behalf of the kind maintence man that actually made those repairs….
As it turns out, while this man had been so kind to help us repair the damage of Russian missiles to the school, his own home had in fact been demolished in the strike.
Yet, in another beautiful story of resilience that comes time and time again from this small, beautiful village of Staryi Bilous, Natasha wrote to tell me of how the people of the village came together and built a new home for him.

But with the structure in place, this new home is now in need of the nuts and bolts to make it functional for living and durable for the winter months.

Please consider helping the village in completion of this project – they are in need of a remaining $1183 to buy the materials listed below. As always, any contribution helps. Thanks in advance for any support and spreading the word.
