Night before last, my client's new build house was struck by lightning. The occupants were able to escape and all are safe. However, they lost all their possessions. The lightning struck the AC unit and fried everything that was plugged into an outlet. They had not set up their renter's insurance. I'm hoping we can raise money for them to replace what they lost. The house was just closed on last month.
