Two years ago I, Muck, started having seizures. The seizures have affected my life drastically and in numerous ways.
Since the seizures started I can no longer drive, I’ve fractured my shoulder, bit through my tongue, fallen and hit my head numerous times, have a shoulder that frequently dislocates, I’ve even burnt my hand on a heater. It is difficult and sometimes dangerous to be by myself.
Since NYC offers low income health services and has good public transportation it made sense to move back to New York. The seizures have made it near impossible to live alone and be alone so my best friend Swim moved to NYC recently and has been aiding me.
Due to unforeseen circumstances and Covid-19 we have been struggling with our housing situation. We need help getting a new place, somewhere we can cook real meals, get a good rest and create.
