Show Some Love for Sealife – 14 Miles, 14 Days

On Valentine’s Day, I’m starting something a little different.

Instead of flowers or chocolates, I’m showing love for the ocean.

From 14th February, I’ll be swimming 14 miles in 14 days here in Koh Tao as part of my training for the Pier to Pier Swim in August in the UK.

This is my third time visiting the island, and before I even arrived, I knew I wanted to give something back. Koh Tao has given me space to reset, breathe deeper, and reconnect with what matters.

So I’ve created Mile a Day for Marine Life — turning swim training into something purposeful.

I’m raising funds for New Heaven Reef Conservation Program, a local charity restoring coral reefs, protecting marine biodiversity, and educating others about ocean conservation.

“Show Some Love for Sealife – 14 Miles, 14 Days” feels like the perfect way to begin on Valentine’s Day.

Every donation — no matter the size — helps protect the waters I’m swimming in and the marine life that calls them home.

Thank you for being part of this.
