Ellie Bowman is a sweet 4-year-old who was born with a genetic deletion called 22q11.2. This caused severe heart defects, a cleft palate, adrenal insufficiency, and several other health problems. She has had 3 heart surgeries and spent much of her life in and out the hospital. Unfortunately, Ellie has developed severe congestive heart failure and pulmonary hypertension with a terminal prognosis.  She needs a heart and double lung transplant to save her life!
