New furnace for Zinn/Fortier family

It’s been a hard year for us physically and financially. Lainie was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in August and we had hospital bills accumulate as we had no health insurance. Now months later our furnace has died and we don’t have the money nor the right credit to get a new one. I am asking for help so I can restore heat to our home. Michigan winters are brutal and this one has started early. Any help you can give is greatly appreciated!
