As many of you know my life has drastically changed over the past 5 or 6 months.
Since the separation from my daughters mother I have struggled to get things in order.
Currently unemployed, living in my mother's one bedroom apartment on an air mattress, I've struggled to find work through the holidays. Just as the holidays passed and interviews have begun coming in the engine on my less than 4 year old car died.
This happened as I was 4000 miles past my warranty on my car.
$12,000 was the cost of a new engine but after help from friends and a big back and forth we managed to work gm down to $2500.
The problem is this is very hard to come by with no job. Its also very difficult to get a job with no car. It's a vicious cycle
Honestly I've had one shit sandwich after another handed to me and while I still try to sell my possessions to pay for this I'm running out of time.
This is my last resort. I've had a lot of people offer to help me and a lot of people who forced me to accept their help.
I'm not one to ask for things but, well, here I am.
Honestly I don't expect anyone to donate but I have to at least try.
I have been selling all of my possessions and trying to raise money to get this car taken care of and have failed. Life just keeps beating me over the head with expenses. Any help is appreciated.
