New Desktop-PC for Freelancing VFX-Artist/Cutter

My name is Raffaello Grani. I‘m a 3d/VFX-Artist, Videographer and Cutter with 1 ½ years of professional experience.
During the last 3 years, I attended Evening College for Multimedia Art on HTL Spengergasse in Vienna, Austria.
Currently, I’m actively working on establishing myself as a freelancing artist. But there is a small problem:
I’m working with a Medion Erazer Laptop equipped with a nVidia GeForce GTX 950M, which isn’t
bad, but doesn’t really meet my requirements. Even Premiere Pro suffers large performance issues on larger projects. Blender needs more than 4 hours to render 6 seconds of animation of a more
complex scene in 720p. Particle simulations and volumetrics are next to impossible.
This has got to change.
During the past few weeks I was looking for components for a Desktop-PC which meets these requirements. Thanks to the website CG Director, I found what I need.
The thing is that I don’t have the cash necessary to buy these components.

Partikelsimulationen und volumetrische Renderings sind nahezu unmöglich.
Das muss sich ändern.
Die letzten Wochen habe ich nach Komponenten für einen Stand-PC gesucht, der diesen Anforderungen gerecht wird. Dank der Seite CG Director bin ich fündig geworden.
Nun ist die Sache die, dass ich nicht das nötige Geld habe, um diese Komponenten zu kaufen.
