Support a new dance by Juli Brandano

I will premiere my evening-length dance work "Ordinary Time" on June 6 and 7, 2024, at PAGEANT in Brooklyn, NY. This work has grown out of intricate and intimate collaboration between me and performers Julia Antinozzi, Tim Bendernagel, Leah Fournier, Paulina Meneses, and Anna Thérèse Witenberg, with contributions from Josie Bettman and Kevin Carey.

I am very lucky to call Pagaent, a completely volunteer/artist-run space, a home for my dancing and choreographic work. It is a deeply special place that I am grateful to be a part of.

The money raised here will go directly to the artists involved: primarily performer compensation, as well as the fabrication of costume and set design elements, and reimbursement for rehearsal space over the last six months. As an independent artist self-producing this work, I’m determined to properly compensate my collaborators. I am so grateful for anything those within and outside the NYC dance community can give to support these artists.
