New Jogger Chair For Scout

Hi, I'm James and I'm raising money to help fund a new wheelchair for a close friend of mine's daughter.

It's hard to ask for donations at the moment as I'm so aware that life is tough for us all. More and more bills appear and sometimes you wonder if it will ever end! But honestly, even a little can really add up, so please have a read through the below and hit donate if you can! Thank you!

Fortunately, my family and I don't need additional equipment to manage the day-to-day, and we don't need to rely on NHS funding for mobility equipment. Unfortunately, this isn't true for everyone.

As wonderful as our NHS is, sometimes funding rules really get in the way of them being able to deliver the life changing equipment to those who desperately need it.

Working in the disabled sector myself, I am fully aware of the costs attached to mobility equipment and it is astronomical without the help of funding.

A close friend of mine desperately needs a new wheelchair pushchair, a Special Tomato Jogger, for his daughter. He asked me if I had any contacts for this piece of equipment, but as I don't, I thought the next best thing I could do was to start this GoFund Me page and use it for donations for the London to Brighton Offroad race that I am doing at the end of September!

The race is 61 miles off-road from London to the finish on Hove Lawns. No mean feat - on average it takes between 7 to 9 hours to complete! I would be so honoured to be able to help my friend be able to buy this equipment for his daughter, so any donations you are able to offer would be amazing.
