❤️ Help My Mum Fulfil Her Dream of a New Camera

A lot of you will have met my mum or seen her out and about in the local community. She is an amazing woman who, despite living with a disability, has never let it stop her from doing what she loves.

If you’ve seen my mum around, you’ll probably know she’s rarely without her camera!

Photography is her passion, and she loves nothing more than capturing the moments that mean so much to her and the people around her. From supporting our local rugby club and taking photographs that have even made it into the County Press, to documenting Cowes Week, and, my personal favourite, capturing the beauty of wildlife through her photographs and videos.

My mum has spent so much time sharing her passion with others and giving something back to our local community in Wootton. She has never asked for anything in return. She simply does it because she loves it.

But now, I would love to do something for her. ❤️

My mum has a dream of owning a brand-new camera. It’s something she has never been able to have, and at 72 years old, I honestly can’t think of anyone more deserving of a little kindness.

We are setting up this GoFundMe in the hope that, with the help of family, friends and our wonderful local community, we can make her dream come true.

It might seem like just a camera to some people, but to my mum, it would mean so much more. It would mean being able to continue doing what she loves, capturing memories, supporting her local community and sharing the beautiful moments she sees through her lens.

She has given so much of her time and passion to others without ever expecting anything back. Now, I would love for her to experience that same kindness in return.
