Jackie & Brittany here! We’re the Co-Founders and CEOs of The Rez Rev LLC , and we’re on a mission to re-humanize the hiring process by revolutionizing the resume! REZREV is an app that replaces resumes with video to get you to the person faster, so think about if LinkedIn and TikTok had a baby, that’s REZREV!

We talk to job seekers all the time who spend countless hours writing and rewriting their resumes to apply for jobs, yet they struggle to convey their experience, attributes, and passion for their desired role. On top of all that, they often don't hear back from prospective employers. This becomes an exhausting experience for so many people!

We believe that there's a better way to do resumes. Imagine if you had the chance to truly showcase your unique professional story, sharing not only your skills and experience but also your passion and your sought-after soft skills! That's why we created REZREV, to help you use video to tell your professional story your way and take ownership of your career!

We founded our Woman-Owned and Military Spouse-Owned company in December of 2020, and since then have made quite a bit of progress! We've built an initial working version of our software, brought on a Software Developer and Chief Technology Officer to join our team, and have secured an opportunity to introduce our app to customers!

We’ve been extremely blessed with the traction and recognition we’ve received in such a short amount of time. As we continue to move forward with this positive momentum and step into the next stage of our company's journey, we'd love to share more about how you can support our efforts to continue developing our software platform that gives people a chance to tell their professional story to get hired and to help companies hire better.

We plan to launch access to our software for our first set of users and build our user community! In order to build this community, we are raising money to fund additional app development, provide key technical support, and cover licensing and other operational fees. To cover these costs and have an effective launch, we need to raise $15,000 and could use your help! Any gift amount that you can contribute would be so appreciated!
