Never Forgotten Matt Griffith

Deputy Matt Griffith with The Broward Sheriff's Office has passed on. Deputy Griffith who served the Dania Beach Community for 18 years leaves behind his wife Paola,his father John, his mother Rita and his brother Mark. Matt will be sorely missed by his BSO family as well, as anyone who knew him could tell you Matt always had time for others and would do whatever it took to help a fellow Deputy in a time of need.
I am proud to have served with Matt and known him as a fellow Deputy at work and as a person as well. We have begun this page as a way of giving back to our friend and to his family, a small token of our respect and admiration for everything Matt represented and did while we knew him.

These funds will be used to help Matt's wife Paola pay the unexpected expenses that now fall on her shoulders. We only wish that we could do more now as Paola deals with her grief with Matt's passing.
