Never ending surgeries, medical bills and appts

My amazing friend Michelle had a nine hour stomach surgery on July 16, 2019. Five days after she was released from the hospital, she was feeling strange and became violently sick. She was readmitted to the hospital for another five days because of a leak where her staples were. She was released, and after two short days home, was readmitted for 31 days. During those 31 days she underwent numerous procedures, three stents, stent removal, and balloon dilation. She was released, again. Two days later, she spiked a fever and was readmitted. This time for two weeks. During those two weeks there were more procedures and tests. They inserted a feeding tube and released her. She was home for five weeks, having weekly checkups with her surgeon, and doing all of the daily tasks that go along with having a feeding tube. The feeding tube was removed in October and things began looking up. She was making progress and feeling great! She thought the pain and suffering was finally over, and the healing could begin. Unfortunately, it wasn't over, and still isn't. The evening before Thanksgiving  she wasn't feeling good and knew something wasn't right. Determined to spend the holiday with her family, she pushed through it and had a wonderful day. That evening, she was readmitted to the hospital and is still there. She has a massive infection. She is having surgery every other day to try and get the infection out of her body. She has numerous incisions to drain the infection out, and is doing hyperbaric chamber treatments numerous times a week. When Michelle is well enough to come home, she will require home health care, continued hyperbaric chamber treatments, weekly surgeon visits and an undetermined number of surgeries. Michelle and her  husband Aaron have missed a lot of work due to all of this, and with no end in sight, will undoubtedly miss a ton more. The copays, gas to and from the hospital and appointments, plus all of the missed work have put a huge emotional and financial strain on Michelle and Aaron. Any help to releave some of the financial strain would be greatly appreciated.  If you are unable to donate, please send prayers and share this.
