On Friday, ‌November 3, Temple Glassier and family lost their youngest, Patrick, to suicide. He was outwardly a happy boy who brought joy to everyone he touched. He gave his love unconditionally. And he was a friend to all. There is no absolute profile for suicide victims..it can be anyone’s child, sister, parent or friend. It is time to destroy stigma and shame. It is time to circle the wagons and make sure this doesn’t happen anymore.
Funds will go to the Hope Center and be used to educate the community, particularly parents and children, on how to openly communicate, what to look for and how to get help, before the crisis becomes fatal.
