Neuter & Care for Colombian Stray Animals

Hi, I'm Laura, and this is my 4th birthday fundraiser for dogs and cats on the Caribbean coast of Colombia. I'm from the Czech Republic, and after getting "stuck" in Colombia during COVID, I fell in love with the kindness and nobility of the local strays, who face scarcity, cruelty, and indifference, and at the same time had my heart broken many times seeing them suffer on the streets, not being able to help all of them.

I help neuter strays and animals from low income families. Neutering prevents unwanted births, reducing suffering and enhancing the quality of life for many animals. Sterilization is the best way to control overpopulation and prevent unwanted births. The average cost of one surgery is €20.

Thanks to the help of my friends and their friends, we've directly helped over 100 animals and indirectly prevented thousands of unwanted births.
