My name is Blair Auld, I am 15 years old and live in Kilwinning, North Ayrshire. I am an ITF Taekwondo athlete who is currently on the Scotland National Team competing at international level. I have trained in Taekwondo since I was 5 years old and had my first international level competition at age 9.

Currently I am training towards being selected to compete at the European Championships being held in the Netherlands in October 2025.

Some of my recent achievements and medals have included.

· Gold for sparring and silver for team sparring at the 2022 WITC World Championships.

· Gold for sparring at the 2024 WITC World Championships.

· Silver for sparring at the 2024 ITFU European Championships

· Bronze for sparring and silver for team sparring at the 2024 Scottish cup.

· Over 50 club level medals and trophies.
