Nero's Vet bill

Nero suddenly has been unable to pee, and if he does manage its only little dime puddles. This morning there was blood 

Basically he could have a blockage, and in cats thats extremely deadly 
I've been told that there is hope, because there is at little dime pees 
I've gotten preliminary tests and examination, no infection but there is crystals. I've gotten him medication but can't afford any more examinations or admission. 

We're basically crossing our fingers that the medication works, and things don't go south and if they do that I've managed to find the funds in time for an emergency cathider and admission to the vet. 

I used every ounce of my savings already, and I'm desperate.
He is the world to me, and the nicest little kitty soul ever.
I'm looking for any help.

If I admit, get a cathider, xrays the doctor was telling me it can reach up to 2,000 more, 
Any bit to help I will be grateful beyond belief
