Nermina’s Recovery Journey

Donation protected
Hello friends and family,
On Monday July 24th our beautiful, vibrant and active Nermina collapsed. She was taken to the emergency room where it was discovered that she had a ruptured aneurysm or a subarachnoid hemorrhage. She was rushed into surgery to stop the bleed, which lasted for almost 7 hours. The doctors had to preform a craniotomy and also insert a shunt.
Today Nermina is opening her eyes, she looks at her parents and follows along If they show her photos and talk to her. We expect that the road to any type of recovery will be grueling and long but we continue to stay hopeful that she will get there. That she will speak to her loved ones again and one day even go back to doing what she loves most, which is taking care of others.Nermina recently graduated from PA school and had just started working at the emergency room. She was happy and thriving and we truly hope that with the best help, she can be herself again. She is a bright light in everyone’s life and she deserves the best chance to recover. The next step for her is going into a good rehabilitation center. This is where we need your help…Please consider donating and helping her family get her the best help possible.
