Jose Vincente Nera came to the US from the Philippines at the age of 19. His path led him to serve in the Navy for 25 years, and his heart led him to his wife, Theresa Nera. Jose has 2 beautiful children; Matthew Nera, and Vincent Nera. His granddaughter, Maria Julianne, was the light of his life along with the Seattle Seahawks, family barbecues, his hardworking sons, and his wife of 32 years. 

On December 13th, 2020, the Nera family losttheir anchor, Jose Vincente Nera. He was a man that walked in his faith, and taught his children to do the same. With his sudden passing came uncertainty, and confusion.
