The earthquakes that struck Nepal have left thousands dead and hundreds of thousands homeless. One of the families in Nepal that we have sponsored for several years lost their home and are in dire need of a temporary shelter until they can raise the funds to rebuild their home in the future. We can’t rebuild Nepal overnight but we can help this family and the people in their surrounding village .This family was already in need of help with food, funding to send their children to school and basic supplies. Now they have nowhere to rest to keep them out of the elements. It is with a sincere heart that i ask you to help with whatever you can no matter how small the amount. Anything will be of help to this remarkable family and the other families in their village in these desperate times. With your prayers and donations we can bring hope back to these people and help them to see a better future.

Geeta Shrestha who works at NHRC ( Nepal Human Rights Commission)  has been helping me as bridge between me and my foster family,  she has been in touch with them since earthquake and afterwards. 

She is just a social worker trying to help my foster family. I know she has been doing great job in the past and hope she will do same in future.
