Quake Destroys Nepali Brothers Home

Recently I was in Kathmandu, Nepal where I became good friends with a young man named Krishna. He led me around the the city, educated me about me about his culture, introduced me to the orphan children he was mentoring, and had me over to visit his beautiful home for a big family dinner that his mother cooked for us.

Just one week later I am now home in the US and he and his family are now homeless due to the disastrous 7.9 earthquake that struck the region shortly before noon on the 4/25/15. There beautiful home was turned to rubble, His work with orphans, replaced with daily survival/rescue missions, and his family and community are suffering in the crumbling streets of the capital.

Krishna is a community leader and a vibrant young man. I ask for your contribution to this fund as I know that supporting Krishna and his family directly, will have a greater, rippling, effect on the community that I was so kindly adopted into. He is my Nepali Brother, and his family is my Nepali Family. Please Help our family survive this time of struggle. Thank you very much for your time and consideration.
