A major earthquake, the largest since 1934 has struck Nepal and has caused unimaginable damage. The epicenter of the earthquake was in Lumjung which is about 80 km (50 miles) outside of Kathmandu. The quake was measured at 7.9 magnitude and struck at 11:56 local time (2:11 ET) and occurred at a depth of 9.3 miles. Words cannot describe the pain and suffering the people of Nepal are going through right now. Let us all pray for Nepal during this difficult time.
