My Nepali Family

My name is Jackson Hardy, I currently reside in Utah (U.S.A) and recently trekked to Mt. Everest base camp in the Nepal Himalayas. As I was returning on May 12th,  2015, a second deadly earthquake hit Nepal near Mt. Everest killing over 1600 additonal people. My friend and guide, Som Tamang, not only survived the first earthquake on April 25th, that killed over 9000 people and destroyed his family home, but was able to help me and other stranded foreign tourists safely down the mountain. 

Som was not personally injured during the earthquakes, but his family and childhood homes have been severely damaged. I want to raise money for Som and his family to help them rebuild their home. With your generous support, this money will go towards purchasing supplies, food, and all other nessassary expenses for him to help rebuild.
