Hast Du dich schon einmal gefragt, wie die medizinische Versorgung am „anderen Ende der Welt“ aussieht? 

 

Wir sind Nepal Health und unser Ziel ist, das Gesundheitssystem in Nepal zu unterstützen. 

Aktuell möchten wir versorgungsbedürftigen Menschen in Nepal mit Deiner Spende helfen! 

Nach Angaben der WHO gehört die medizinische Versorgung Nepals zu einer der schlechtesten weltweit. Statistisch gesehen ist hier ein Arzt für die Versorgung von ca. 2000 Einwohnern verantwortlich. Im Vergleich hierzu kommen in Deutschland nur ca. 250 Einwohner auf einen Arzt. Diese Überbelastung führt zu vielen unbehandelten Patienten, zu einer sehr hohen Sterberate und zu einer kürzeren Lebenserwartung im Vergleich zu europäischen Standards.

 

Was wollen wir akut erreichen?

Zunächst möchten wir schnell helfen. Dies betrifft vor allem die Finanzierung von leichten bis mittelschweren Operationen für Menschen, die sich die Kosten für eine Operation nicht leisten können. 

 

Unser langfristiges Ziel?

Eine nachhaltige medizinische Versorgung der ärmeren Bevölkerungsschicht sowie der Aufbau eines Krankenhauses nach europäischen Standards in der Heimat von Pradip Yadav. Ein Krankenhaus mit Vorbildfunktion für die Gesundheitsversorgung in Nepal.

 

Möglichkeiten für akute Hilfe:

Um Dir zu zeigen, was alles in Nepal mit verhältnismäßig kleinen Beträgen möglich ist, geben wir Beispiele, was Operationen in Nepal kosten. Die Summen wurden von nepalesischen Ärzten genannt, die dort tätig sind und an staatlichen und universitären Krankenhäusern Operationen durchführen:

 

So kostet z.B. eine Gallenblasenoperation oder Grauer Star OP ca. 150€. Größere Operationen, wie z.B. Kaiserschnitt oder Bauchoperation, kosten ca. 250€. 

 

Mit Deinen Spendenbeiträgen werden wir in einem staatlichen Krankenhaus bedürftigen Menschen helfen, die sich diese Behandlung sonst nicht leisten können. Die Spenden werden für die Gesundheitsversorgung in der Region Janakpur verwendet. Pradip Yadav stammt aus dieser Gegend und auch wir anderen stehen in engem Kontakt mit den behandelnden Ärzten. Jede von Dir geförderte Operation wird von uns dokumentiert und auf unserer Homepage veröffentlicht.

Have you ever asked yourself what the medical health-system looks like on the other side of the world?

 

We are Nepal health  and our goal is it to support the health care system in Nepal. Currently, we want to help people which are in a need of care. According to the WHO, Nepal belongs to the countries that have the worst medical healthcare system in the world.

Statically one doctor is responsible for approxmately 2000 residents. In Germany it is one doctor for 250 residents.

That overload leads to a lot of untreated patiens, a high deathrate and to a short life expactancy in comparison tot he european standard.

What do we want to achieve acutely?

First of all, we want to help quickly. This mainly concerns the financing of light to moderate operations for people who cannot afford the costs of an operation.

 

 Our long-term goal?

Sustainable medical care for the poorer population as well as the construction of a hospital according to European standards in the home of Pradip Yaday. A model hospital for healthcare in Nepal.

 

Opportunities for acute help:

To show you what is possible in Nepal with relatively small amounts, we give examples of what operations in Nepal cost. The sums were given by Nepalese doctors who work there and perform operations at state and university hospitals:

 

For example, a gallbladder operation or cataract operation approximately 150€.    Larger operations, such as Caesarean section or abdominal surgery cost around 250€.

 

Your donations will help people in need in a state hospital who otherwise could not afford this treatment. The donations will be used for heallthcare in the Janakpur region. Prapid Yadav comes from this area and the rest of us are in close conatact with the treating doctors. Every operation you sponsor is documented by us and published on pur website.
