Nepal Flood Emergency Appeal – Together for Nepal

Nepal is facing one of its most devastating disasters in recent years.

At least 359 people have lost their lives, hundreds remain unaccounted for, and thousands have been affected.

Homes, roads, bridges and livelihoods have been swept away, leaving families in urgent need of food, clean water, shelter, medicines and basic essentials.

Behind every number is a family waiting for news, a home lost, and a life changed.

Who We Are

This appeal is organised by Nepal Scotland Association, serving the Nepalese community in Scotland since 2004, in association with the Himalayan Centre for Arts & Culture, Edinburgh.

For many of us in Scotland, Nepal is home, heritage, family and community. When Nepal is hurting, we cannot simply watch from thousands of miles away.

How Your Support Will Help

Funds raised will support verified flood-affected families and communities with:

* Food and clean drinking water

* Emergency shelter and blankets

* Medicines and hygiene essentials

* Support for families who have lost homes and livelihoods

* Recovery and rebuilding where urgently needed

* Support will be distributed through trusted and verified organisations or partners on the ground, based on the needs of affected communities.
