NEON Lumbar Support, New Chair Fund

130 E. 5th Street has been the site of a cinema for 30 years now. Though seats were reupholstered 15 years ago when THE NEON closed for remodeling and reopened with 2 screens, the mechanics of each chair are from 1986...and they really need to be replaced.
The entire project of purchasing new rockers, removing the old seats, repairing and repainting the floor and installing the brand new, comfortable chairs will cost $50,000. We were hoping to raise at least half of that cost, and because NEON fans are so generous, we far exceeded that goal! Many, many thanks to everyone who contributed to our campaign.
We plan to be closed September 19-22...reopening on Friday, September 23 with brand new seats!
