Hello, I am Laura , Store Manager at Specsavers Lincoln Morrisons. Myself and my colleague Rebecca are fundraising for the Neonatal Unit at Lincoln County Hospital. This is after recently one of our Opticians had a baby prematurely and required neonatal support. Neonatal units not just in Lincoln but across the country do an exceptional job of taking specialist care of babies requiring support but also supporting the families through often difficult starts to becoming parents/ growing families. Despite our Opticians not living in Lincolnshire they felt passionate about raising the funds to support Lincoln's neonatal unit to help our community. This money can help the unit with developments, equipment and care for those much loved babies and families.

We will be having a week of fundraising in store, including fun for the children in half term, with colouring competitions, guess the name of the teddy and other events as well as some fun dressing up over the Halloween weekend. Staff bake sales and prizes to be won donated by local companies.

However we know that people don't often carry cash as frequently these days but are happy to make donations online. This platform will allow those donations to be made via this link.

Having supported Lincoln neonatal unit in store in the past with great success we hope that we can again deliver support to our local unit with your kindness and generosity.
