Neon the Bishop’s First Full Length Album

Greetings dear friends,
In May of 2019, Neon the Bishop sold out its very first show. The project has since become a Denver local favorite, setting itself apart as a truly original act. Neon’s accomplishments thus far include:
- Over 100,000 catalog streams
- In 2022 opened for world renowned band The 1975, also performing alongside bands such as Cage the Elephant, Rise Against, Half Alive, and more
- Channel 93.3’s Hometown for the Holidays Grand Prize and live performance winners in 2021(First to win both since national act, 888)
- Indie 102.3’s 2022 Local 303 Listener poll runner-up out of 144 bands/artists
- Several sold out shows in Denver
- Annual NTB branded beer releases with Peak View Brewing
The project has recently drawn the attention of some industry movers and shakers that believe Neon the Bishop is ready to move beyond just a local band. These “movers and shakers” are asking for a full product ready to go. We are 5 songs and a killer showcase away from making this happen.

SHORT TERM GOALS:
The music industry has shifted, and now expect artists to lay most of the groundwork before a label invests in a project. The first step is producing a finished product that captures the attention of fans and gatekeepers.
1. $8,000 RECORDING COSTS
We need record five to six more songs to round out the album. This cost is an estimate we feel confident in. Anything under that would go into the showcase budget, and anything over would be pulled from the showcase budget. We have already begun the recording process.
2. $7,000 SHOWCASE
Part of the finished product is our live performance. These executives want to know that our live performance is sellable worldwide. The idea is that we would invite them to the greatest live show we’ve done to date. Part of the Neon brand is having a live show people will remember. We’ve accomplished this on an extremely limited budget already, so this would go a long way. Think lights, video walls, theatrics, within an incredible stage set.
