Help a good friend !!!

I had the pleasure to meet Coach Jaime Bigornia and his family throught Signal Hill Crossfit . I was very impressed  by the dedication and commitment that Jaime had for his  job and people around him . Always trying to help and change people's lifes . It was refreshing to see such young man being so responsible , positive and full of energy . And I feel very lucky to be part of this group .
Unfortunely Jaime's father is in the hospital , he recently had emergency  back surgery ️ after an accident  At work . His father is the household for this family . This is a very difficult time for the Bigornia family , and they need our help and support !!!
Please open your heart and show them how much we care about them . Thanks !!!
