Hello dear family and friends, our mother was recently diagnosed with Stage IV (metastatic) Renal Cell Carcinoma. The immediate course of treatment is an emergency radical nephrectomy surgery as soon as possible followed by chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments. Medical expenses for cancer treatments and surgery are extremely high. Due to lack of medical insurance, we have created this GoFundMe in the hopes to raise money to help cover these medical expenses.
Our mom has been a single parent to us and she is our world. Not only is she our rock, but she is also a devoted member of the Comunidad Catolica AMA and her church St. Eugene de Mazenod. Her faith is strong and we ask that you lift her up in prayer. We want to thank everyone who has reached out and supported her and us in numerous ways through these tough times. Your kindness has gone a long way and it is truly appreciated. We are grateful that we have such a strong community and support system.
Please help us give our mom the treatment she needs to fight this cancer by donating to her cancer fund, and by sharing this fundraiser with your loved ones and friends, and by sharing it online. Hola querida familia y amigos, nuestra mamá fue diagnosticada con cáncer de células renales en estadio IV. El tratamiento inmediato es una cirugía llamada nefrectomía radical donde le van a extraer el riñón y el tumor. Después de la cirugía el tratamiento será inmunoterapia y quimioterapia. Los gastos médicos para la cirugía y el tratamiento del cáncer cuestan mucho dinero. Desafortunadamente nuestra mamá no tiene seguro medico y estamos recaudando fondos a través de este medio de GoFundMe.
Nuestra mamá ha sido madre soltera por los últimos 15 años y es nuestro mundo entero. No solamente eso, pero también ha dedicado la mayoría de su tiempo como miembro de la Comunidad Católica AMA y su iglesia, San Eugenio de Mazenod. Su fe es fuerte y se ha puesto en las manos de Dios. Les pedimos que recen por ella y la tengan en sus oraciones. Ante todo, queremos agradecerles a todos los que nos han contactado y apoyado de muchas maneras. Realmente apreciamos su apoyo y bondad.
