Nemo’s Quality of Life

Hi All!

We are raising money to help improve our little Nemo’s quality of life. This little fellow has been a fighter from day 1! Nemo has the cutest little chicken wing for his right front leg that we have dubbed his ‘Lucky Fin’ but it creates some difficulty for him. As a tripod he has been having trouble learning to walk properly. His left front femur is misaligned and is causing him a lack of strength in the leg. His right hind leg has swelling in the knee and pain in his thigh limiting his ability to use it drastically. He has also had pain near his sacrum and surrounding his tail in the most recent check up requiring x-rays of his spine. We are working with an orthopedic specialist to do all we can to help him but this has led to significant costs that we weren’t expecting. He has had several x-rays, 4 visits to the orthopedic specialist with more to come, chiropractic adjustments, and will now be moving forward with a visit to a rehab center which will result in a therapy schedule which is likely to include; massage, acupuncture, laser therapy and shock therapy. This little guy is as happy as can be and he hops into each day with a smile on his face but with your help we can help better his quality of life!!
