My dear friend and coworker, Lori and her husband Mark, discovered he was diagnosed with lung cancer June of '19. Mark has been courageously fighting for his life as he has been faced with not only chemo and radiation for the cancer,  but undergone bone marrow transplant and subsequent graph versus host disease (GVHD). Lori meanwhile has been working through her own longstanding medical issues as well. With the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, it has created additional economic strain.
Lori has been a rock providing invaluable counsel and love for me during my own trying times. I cannot think of anyone who is more deserving of love and support in return.
