Nelson Pascoal Memorial

It is with great sadness we share the loss of a DPR team member on the Meta account. Nelson Pascoal passed away suddenly on Wednesday, 10/26, at the age of 41. He is survived by his wife, Deb. Nelson joined DPR five years ago at the FTW campus. He was an integral part of the MEP team there. Last year, he transitioned to an account role leading our AR/VR efforts.

Anyone who worked with Nelson can attest to his unmatched expertise. Nelson fully embodied what it means to be a technical builder. He gravitated toward the most complex challenges and worked tirelessly to understand every element of them. He operated at the cutting edge of technological innovation, pushing the boundaries of how we use new tools to improve our builds. He was truly ever forward in all of his efforts. Above all, Nelson was incredibly kind. He was a joy to work with, and his network of close relationships across the campuses, the company, and the whole industry is a strong testament to his character. He truly appreciated DPR and was so humble, proud, and thankful for the opportunities he was provided here.
