Last night the Modesto reservoir claimed another life. My brother in law Nelson unfortunately passed away . This is so sudden and horrible for our family. He was only 21 . He didn't deserve this. He was very loving and caring for anyone in need and was always there for his friends and family. Anything would help us at this time .
