Nelson Garcia-Corniell

Nelson Garcia, a key member of the maintenance team at Metro Stop for the past 5 years and part of the extended Metro Stop family has worked diligently daily to keep our building looking clean, safe, and is always willing to help anyone out in need.

In early November, Nelson was diagnosed with a heart condition that required him to undergo an emergency heart surgery. The surgery went well and he is currently recovering. He will be out of work for quite some time while his recovery is complete.

We realize these times are challenging for everyone and appreciate every dollar you can afford to donate. We are asking for your support and generosity to help Nelson stand on his feet for the next 4-6 months financially. We are suggesting $100, or whatever amount you feel comfortable with donating. Please note this campaign is supplemental and not in lieu of any holiday tips residents may choose to provide the porter team.
