My name is Neil Curra, I am 52yrs old. I am in desperate need of a total hip replacement as soon as possible. Due to my severity of this needed hip replacement, I can no longer walk normally with out a bad limp and severe pain.  By me doing simple things like putting on my socks or shoes, I can no longer do with out help. And getting into a vechicle is a daily struggle.  I am new at my municipality job and I don't have enough time to have off for the surgery and for lost wages.  With me going for this much needed hip replacement, I will have no income coming in to cover my rent, medical expenses, physical therapy and also deductibles. That is why i am in need of $20,000.00 for me to have this surgery and the time needed off of work which will be 4 months for recovery time and in hopes to lead a normal life. My surgery will be extensive due to me prolonging the surgery 1 1/2yrs. And due to the fact i waited so long my hip is impacted into the socket and has caused several cysits around the joint, which will make the surgery more intense cause they need to shave the cysits and socket and pack in new bone to hold the new hip. So now i am just about unable to walk due to my leg locking up and i am asking of any donations to help me gain my life back and proceed with this surgery as soon as i can.
