Neil the Seal - Jaycee’s $1212 infringement fine

Hi, my name is Jaycee-Jason. I am the creator of the Neil the seal TikTok.

I have had great pleasure into showing you all Neil the Seal’s journey since he invaded my work site back in November 2024. I’ve become very found of Neil in the past years since then and I think he has me as well. I have had great pleasure into taking the videos for you all and showing you his journey until the other day when Tasmanian parks and wildlife came to my personal address and issued me with a $1212 infringement notice for being on reserve land and disturbing wildlife & littering by giving Neil a your beloved Traffic cones to play with to try and keep out of mischie.

I have nothing but respect for Neils boundaries and have educated the general public in doing so. I have never disclosed his location on my TikTok as they are saying I do. I have never tried to make money out of Neil this whole entire time and it has taken me a lot to start this go fund me page, but I thought oh well stuff it!! Let’s stick it up to these guys.
