Neil Cramond; My little buddy, my roomate.

Neil was struck and killed on the Sprinter tracks today, Thursday, around 9am on 02/29/24 in Vista. Neil was confined to a wheelchair from a automobile accident many years ago, that

caused his disability of a traumatic brain injury. He was quite independent and was adamant about doing things "his" way. He had alot of spirit and was a dear friend, even if when we didn't always see eye to eye. My name is Don Dickey. I am Neils friend, room mate, and part time caregiver. Neil lived on a very meager income and has no known living relatives. I am hoping to raise enough money to give him a proper burial and a small memorial. I myself am a 69 year old senior living in a very fixed income. I am not in a financial position to bury him myself. Any donations would be greatly appreciated.

Neil was usually in quite good spirits, I 100 % believe this was an accident, I do not believe he did this on purpose.
