In Memory of Neil Carter

As some of you may be aware my mum sadly lost her partner of 9 years Neil Carter to cancer.

The last few months have been an uphill battle for my mum, Neil had been struggling with pain in his knee for a while after finally going to a Drs appointment and being referred to different specialists they sadly found out he had Metastatic Cancer and on New Years he was told he had 12 weeks left to live. Since they were told this Neil was bedbound at home and had my mum as his full time carer as well as district nurses. My mum would wake up early hours to help with Neil's medication, having to feed him and help with personal care. Sadly Neil passed away at home on the 2nd February with my mum and brother by his side. As you can imagine even though they knew this was coming the sudden quickness of his decline and death shocked my mum.

After his death I have decided to help her with all admin side of things and funeral planning, I'm hoping to help raise enough money to help her with the costs/fees as this all happened so fast. We all know funerals are not cheap and to just take a little bit of stress off her back.
