A house fire on November 8, 2020, nearly destroyed the Germantown, Maryland home of Ana Maria Bernal. Thankfully, she and her children made it to safety with minimal injury. While staying in temporary housing, the family is need of food, clothing, household necessities, toiletries, etc. as almost everything they own was destroyed in the fire. Additionally, the family will need help to replace furniture and other items once they secure more permanent housing. 
Our tight-knit community is working to ensure that the family's immediate and long term needs are met, and every contribution, even a small donation, will go a long way to ensure that they have what they need to recover from this devastating loss.
