Little Havana Neighborhood Tavern needs your help
Hi Friends, Family, and New Go Fund Me viewers.
We are EDUKOS Beer House. A small and spirited tavern located in Miami as part of the Historic Little Havana neighborhood, just a few blocks away from Marlins Stadium. We serve Local Only Florida Craft beer and home cooking latin american bites. Most importantly we pride ourselves in hospitality, just like Moms House.
We have started a gofundme to give our Neighborhood Tavern some much needed monetary support after 1 1/2 years of FDOT Flagler Construction. This neighborhood killing construction project lasted for our almost three years and took its toll on the growth of our young business. Suffering through 1 1/2 years of financial drain because of this project has created a small cash flow problem that we are hoping to solve with the help of our community.
We do not like to ask for help, as a matter of fact we hid the "hurt" the FDOT construction did to us because we believed in the community and we really wanted to build a neighborhood in an under appreciated area of Miami. However, when they came and took our sidewalk the SECOND TIME it was too much of a blow to take. So we are sharing our story.
My dream is to give this company to my new Twins, so that they can continue to build the neighborhood and show what happens we get all types of people together to enjoy time with eachother.
We need the help of our community, below you will see the results of of the business that show all the signs of GROWTH! We just need a little help getting over the hump.

What you want to know:
Describe who will benefit:
The Little Havana Neighborhood and my employees. We are trying to build something over here, thats why we shine our bright yellow neon to let people know there is life on this corner. Right next to Marlins park, we hope to be the stadiums local pub.
The cashflow will help maintain our current staff through the slow season and jump right into season in October.
Detail what the funds will be used for:
The funds will be used to cover operating costs, inventory, and labor. All of these items fluctuate so having a good base of cash flow will maintain sales.
Labor ( 3 Months ): 60%
Inventory: 20%
Operating Costs: 20%
Paying back current merchant financing that we had to take to make it this far. We have had to take some small loans to keep us afloat over this construction hell. This cashflow will help cover some of these costs so that we maintain the cashflow needed to run the business. We can provide any details needed.
Explain how soon you need the funds:
We will be doing a three week campaign to secure the funds as soon as we can. Running a restaurant is a challenge but we've got the right plan in place.
Talk about what the support will mean to you:
The World! I have been working on this concept to bring people together. It has been almost seven years working on this dream and we're not going to give up on it.
We've truly waited to the last point before we have to reach out to our followers, friends, and family for more support but we believe in this concept and what it can do for the neighborhood. We are very thankful for your time and support.
Chief Eduko & Family.
